We recently noticed that our email ( susu@shop-susu.com ) is often marked as 'junk' or 'spam' on most email hostings  :( To all those lovelies that send us fan mails or enquiry emails , we try our best to reply within 24 hours! So if you don't hear from us within a day or so - please check if our email is sitting in your junk or spam folder.
